Baillargeon Doors Inc is a family owned business based in Quebec Canada
celebrating over 25 years of specialist wood door manufacture along with over 15
years of Blankfort supply to the UK market.
Baillargeon’s highly automated and modern production facility complies with
leading quality assurance programmes such as ISO 9001, BM TRADA Q Mark
Certification Scheme for Fire Doors, and Smartwood’s FSC COC certification
scheme. The Blankfort range of high performance door blanks has been
specifically designed to enable the user to rework and further produce using
standard wood working tools and machinery.
The laminated softwood cores combined with chipboard, mdf or plywood faces offer
exceptional stability, reliability, flexibility, mechanical strength and
durability, fire resistance as well as high levels of acoustic performance, as
follows:-
• Blankfort 30 and 30+ - FD30 fire rated, Severe Duty graded and up to 35dB
flush and 36 db glazed
• Blankfort 60 and 60+ - FD60 fire rated, Severe Duty graded and up to 36dB
flush and 38 db glazed
